Description
Zinc is required for the activity of various types of enzymes. Its basic function is related to auxins (growth promoting substances including inhibitors for vegetative growth and limiting tuberization e.g. abscisic acid). Other functions related to the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins.

Copper is necessary for photosynthesis, for the functioning of several enzymes, in flower and seed formation, for the production of lignin which gives physical strength to shoots and stems, and to vascular elements required for water movement in plants. Although the effects of copper deficiency are varied, depending on the particular crop, some symptoms are common to many species.

Agmin’s AGB Zinc & Copper Chelate is organically chelated with lignosulphonate that assists in the absorption of Zinc and Copper into the leaf of the plant in a rapid and efficient manner. The Zinc & Copper Chelate is a foliar liquid fertilizer developed by Agmin Chelates.

General Application Rates

Slight Deficiency (Maintenance): 3.0 L/Ha
Moderate Deficiency: 5.0 L/Ha
Severe Deficiency: 7.0 L/Ha
